Bond Advocates LLP is happy to announce that partner Ochiel Dudley has been elected a fellow of the prestigious International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL). Following a rigorous admission process, Ochiel became the second-ever Kenyan fellow of the IAFL.
IAFL is an exclusive global community of international practising lawyers recognised by their peers as the most experienced and skilled family law specialists in their respective jurisdictions. Although he’s a quickly recognisable name in dispute resolution and constitutional law, Ochiel’s expertise covers all aspects of family law, prenuptial agreements, marital property, and the custody and maintenance of children.
This recognition enhances Bond’s position as a leading Kenyan lawfirm in international family law. The fellowship will enable Bond to continue providing quality services in international family law, divorce, and private wealth.
Austin Kitinya, Managing Partner at Bond Advocates LLP remarked, “This is a significant achievement for the family law team at Bond Advocates LLP. We are sure too, that Ochiel will bring his best to the IAFL. We are delighted by the opportunities that this development creates for Bond”.
